Brandy Benkert, the service writer for Stroebel Automotive, has brought her superior work ethic to Stroebel Automotive each day of her 13 years with the shop. Brandy grew up repairing classic cars with her dad, a hobby that eventually blossomed into a career in the automotive business. When it comes to service writing, Brandy finds satisfaction in talking to customers and figuring out their automotive issues. Her goal is to make sure the customers feel like they’re being taken care of like family when they bring their vehicles to Stroebel Automotive. In her spare time, Brandy loves hunting and fishing with her family as well as a number of other outdoor activities.
The “mechanic bug” has always been with Dale Stroebel, the owner of Stroebel Automotive. Born and raised 3 miles from his shop, Dale first started repairing bicycles as a child before transitioning to motorcycles and eventually cars. When he graduated from the Lincoln Technical Institute in Indianapolis in 1980, Dale worked for a few different shops before opening his own in November of 1982. When it comes to operating his shop, Dale most loves the relationships he builds with his customers by solving their vehicle’s issues. In his spare time, he enjoys off-roading in his Jeep and riding Harleys with his wife.
