Engines Transmission Replacements

Making a choice between an engine transmission replacement and a rebuilt engine is tough, but it’s important to weigh out the differences between the two in your decision. Stroebel Automotive works with Jasper Engines & Transmissions to ensure the highest quality re-manufactured engines are used.

The re-manufactured replacement engines used at Stroebel Automotive are built to meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer measured tolerances. An engine replacement typically takes about three days, allowing you to be up and running again much faster than having your engine be rebuilt.

Rebuilt engines can take several weeks to complete. To rebuild an engine is to recondition through cleaning, inspecting, and replacing severely worn or broken parts. If a part is serviceable, it is reused within the manufacturer’s acceptable wear limits.

Dear Dale, Brandy, and Ben;

I really appreciate the removal Ben did of the spare tire from underneath my 2008 Uplander. I can now use my spare in case I have a flat. I would have been in a real mess if I would have ever had a flat out on a highway somewhere, and my spare refusing to release from under the van. Thanks again Ben.

If more people would take a look at under the mini vans spare tire periodically, there would be an awfully lot of folks shocked at how rusty and corroded their spare and the underbody carrier mechanism is, particularly here in Michigan. (more…)
